We are a design-led atelier, not a build-first contractor. Design intent drives every decision, and because we build what we draw, the finished home matches the vision instead of drifting from it.
Signature Edit interiors begin around RM 180,000, Bespoke Atelier commissions from roughly RM 550,000, and Private Masterwork residences are quoted after the briefing. We share indicative ranges early so there are no surprises.
Yes. Drawings, procurement, joinery and site works are delivered under one contract, giving you a single point of accountability from concept to handover.
We work throughout the Klang Valley — Bangsar, Mont Kiara, Damansara Heights, Bukit Tunku, Kenny Hills and greater Kuala Lumpur. Selected projects elsewhere in Malaysia are considered by arrangement.
A condominium interior typically runs three to five months; a full bungalow design-and-build can span twelve to twenty months. We agree a programme before work begins.
Yes. The private briefing carries no obligation. It exists so both of us can decide whether the fit is right before any commitment.
